About the role We are seeking to appoint a talented individual to support the efficient and effective management of our school admissions service at the Baleares International College, Mallorca.
In this role you will play a key role to support the Marketing function achieve school admissions targets, supporting the development of relationships with parents and the community to enhance the school’s reputation and success.
The ideal candidate will be a team worker, who is focused on results and takes ownership and responsibility for their responsibilities to enhance the admissions service and school enrolments.
Proactivity, ambition and energy will be key to this role.
About the School
Baleares International College (BIC) https://balearesint.net/campuses/sa-porassa-campus is the largest British Curriculum school in Mallorca, providing education based on the English National Curriculum to over 460 students (from 3 to 18 years).
The school is split across two sites, Sant Agusti in Palma and Sa Porrassa, just outside of Magaluf.
The role would be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Admissions function at both sites.
We are accredited by the Spanish Ministry of Education based upon inspection and recommendation by the British Council and are a founding member of the National Association of British Schools in Spain (NABSS). The school is also a member of the Orbital Education group, an expanding group of international schools specialising in providing the English National Curriculum to an internationally diverse student population.

About you: The ideal candidate for this exciting and challenging role will:
· Have previous experience of working within a sales or admissions function (preferably school or university) or within a customer focused culture
· Have passion and a drive for excellence at all levels
· Be familiar with management information systems, management of websites and social media channels
· Have excellent communication numeracy, literacy and ICT skills
· Be a native level English speaker with excellent interpersonal skills
