BIC, Sa Porrassa, has a large number of excellent facilities including: an indoor sports centre, playing fields with football pitches, a swimming pool, an all-weather basketball court, football and volleyball courts plus access to a local sailing club
The school's learning environment includes specialist Art, Drama and Music facilities. There are also specialist Science and Information Technology laboratories and a spacious dining room. The classrooms are large, air-conditioned, well-lit and newly furnished.
Our new Astro-Turf pitch provides a high-quality, all-weather surface that can be used throughout the year. During PE lessons, students are already taking advantage of this space for a wide range of sports, helping us to deliver a more varied and inclusive curriculum for everyone.
It’s not just for lessons, though, the field and track are open at break and lunchtime, giving students a great place to stay active, play games and spend time with friends. After school, the facilities are also being used for extra-curricular clubs and sports teams, providing even more opportunities for our children to stay fit, healthy and have fun.
We’re so proud of this new addition to our school and can’t wait to see how it helps our students continue to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
