Cathy Carter is the French language teacher for Years 3 to 6 at Baleares International College Sant Agustí and also serves as the Year 3 Learning Support Assistant. She holds a French degree from the University of Leicester and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Secondary French from Manchester Metropolitan University.
Cathy has been a valued member of the Baleares International College community across both the Sant Agustí and Sa Porrassa campuses since 2008. With a strong passion for language learning, she is dedicated to helping children build confidence and enthusiasm for French. Her expertise also includes pastoral support and working with EAL (English as an Additional Language) students, ensuring all learners feel supported and included.
Outside the classroom, Cathy enjoys music, dancing, yoga, and exploring new destinations through travel. Very family‑orientated, she spends much of her holiday time visiting relatives in England.
