Sofia Di Vuono is originally from the North West of the UK and is a graduate of the prestigious BRIT School of Performing Arts. With more than eighteen years of international experience as a performer and educator, she brings a wealth of musical expertise to BIC Sant Agustí. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Music and a PGCE, she specialises in primary curriculum development, instrumental instruction, and choral direction. Her career spans teaching roles in London, Manchester, and Bologna, giving her a strong global perspective that enriches every lesson she leads.

At BIC Sant Agustí, Sofia’s teaching philosophy focuses on building confidence, creativity, and technical proficiency through engaging, hands‑on musical experiences. While her professional background includes extensive work as a recording artist and vocal coach, her mission within the school is to deliver a balanced and inspiring music education. She guides students through key areas such as curriculum‑based music theory, songwriting, and live performance.
