BIC Sixth Formers excel yet again!

Today Baleares International College celebrated students’ outstanding A-level achievements, with an overall pass rate of 98%. An impressive 81% of all grades being A* to C, including every student who sat Spanish, German, French, English literature, Sociology, Geography, Politics and History. Plus, a third of all results awarded were the top grades of A*/A.

We are so proud of what our young people have achieved. Yet again through the hard work and determination of our students, alongside the skill, dedication and expertise of our teachers, we are celebrating outstanding exam success. In a year where globally there was a significant decrease in all the top grades awarded for British-curriculum qualifications, these excellent results are all the more impressive.

Logan with A*AAB

Lisa with A*AAC

Luisa Lara with AAA

BIC's Year 13 have achieved another excellent set of results. There were so many stories of great personal endeavour, students rewarded with excellent grades, and most of Year 13 have achieved their first choice of university.

John BarterHead of Sixth Form

In a year marked by particularly rigorous grade boundaries, we are thrilled to see a huge number of our students excel and attain the exceptional grades that have become synonymous with BIC's Sixth Form.

While we celebrate these remarkable accomplishments, we also want to emphasize that our pride extends far beyond the realm of top grades. Our students' stories of personal growth, determination, and self-discipline are the true heart of our success. Each individual has their own story and so many of them have exceeded our expectations and shown immense dedication to their studies, which fills us with immense pride and joy. These results are more than just a certificate; they are keys that will open doors to a world of educational and professional opportunities, shaping their lives for years to come.
